DOULA & Breastfeeding Services


Birth Doula Services 

Birth Packages for those birthing at a hospital or birthing center are virtual services as of June 2021, with all prenatal appointments still in person.  Homebirths are still attended in person. At this time I am no longer doing On-Demand Services.

Basic $1,800

This package includes the following: 
● Free Consultation 
● Unlimited call, text, & email support from hire until 9 weeks postpartum* 
● 2 in-person prenatal appointment; this includes Birth Wishes and Post Care Planning
● 24/7 on call from 38 weeks until 24 hours after birth 
● Continuous virtual care and support during labor until about 1 hour after birth 
● Postpartum appointment at 24 hours (in person) and 1 week after birth (virtual)
● Postpartum check-in at 3/10days & 2/4/6/9 weeks by phone or email

Premium $2,000 

● All the Basic Package plus…. 
● 1 extra prenatal appointment 
● 1 breastfeeding consult postpartum
● 4 months of postpartum unlimited call, text, and email support

Exclusive $2,500 

● All the Premium Package plus…. 
● 2 postpartum appointments (at 3 days and 10 days - in person) 
● 3 hours of postpartum doula services 
● Bengkung Belly Binding session with Bengkung wrap or up to 1 hour Herbs & Oils Class (choose type) 

Home Birth Basic $2,000** 

This package includes the following:

● 4 month of postpartum unlimited call, text, and email support

Home Birth Exclusive $3,000** 

● All the Premium Package plus…. 
● 2 postpartum appointments (at 3 days and 10 days) 
● 3 hours of postpartum doula services - within 2 weeks postpartum  
● Bengkung Belly Binding session with Bengkung wrap or up to 1 hour Herbs & Oils information session 
*During business hours only, except for birth or emergencies

Bengkung Belly Binding (packages)

Choose your package:

  • Bengkung Belly Binding Instructions: 1-2 in-home demonstrations, printed instructions, 1month phone, text, email, video conference availability. $250

  • Bengkung Belly Binding Rental: Bengkung Belly Binding Instructions with a rented Bengkung wrap for 8 weeks, beginning at Postpartum Binding Appointment. $100

  • Bengkung Belly Binding Package 1: Bengkung Belly Binding Instructions with Bengkung Wrap. $325

  • Bengkung Belly Binding Package 2: Bengkung Belly Binding Instructions with Bengkung Wrap and Belly Warming Paste. $350

  • Add on Belly Warming Paste, 8oz jar. $20

Childbirth Education Classes ($varies)

  • These classes help expectant parents learn about and prepare for labor and birth. This class is a private one-on-one class and will be tailored to suit your needs. The information given in this class is evidenced-based. It is not intended to take the place of your care provider’s advice and/or protocol. If information given conflicts with your care provider’s information, it is my recommendation that you research further in order to make an informed decision about your care. ($300/1, $550/2, $800/3, Travel outside 5mi radius of 29906 is $100/class)

 Birth Pool Rental $600

  • The rental period begins on the day that the pool is handed over in person and lasts 30 days. An additional pool rental fee of $100 per week, for each additional week that the pool is not returned to Psalms 139 Family Wellness after the rental period will be billed. A $300 non-refundable deposit is due to mark your date of rental. The remaining rental fee of $300 will be paid three weeks prior to the set up date. On the set up date we will go over the protocol for set up and take down of the pool. All accessories and the pool are in working condition upon rental. (1 pool, 1 air pump, 1 drain pump, 1 pool cover, 1 tarp, 1 disposable net, 1 floating thermometer, 1 clean hose, 1 disposable liner)

Birth Seat Rental $150

  • The rental period begins on the day that the CUB is handed over in person and lasts 30 days. An additional CUB rental fee of $50 per week, for each additional week that the pool is not returned to Psalms 139 Family Wellness after the rental period will be billed. A $75 non-refundable deposit is due to mark your date of rental. . The remaining rental fee of $75 will be paid three weeks prior to the set up date. On the set up date we will go over the protocol for set up and use of the CUB. All accessories and the CUB are in working condition upon rental.

Breastfeeding Doula ($varies)

  • 1, in-home consult of you and your baby breastfeeding (up to 3hrs). Email, Phone, Text and Virtual Support for 30 days during office hours. $350

 

  • 3, in-home consults of you and your baby breastfeeding (up to 3hrs each). Email, Phone, Text and Virtual Support for 30 days during office hours. $1,000

 

  • Email, Phone, Text, and Virtual Support during office hours

    • 30 days $150

    • 60 days $275

    • 90 days $400
